Life Purpose Workshop
“In today’s complex and challenging environment the 2S Life Purpose workshop provides you the opportunity to review both professional and personal life issues beyond the normal survival mode of day to day living. Having established professional sporting and international banking careers, the challenge of combining career with a young family led me to undertake the workshop to gain greater clarity around the purpose of my life. The workshop gave me excellent structure to explore my passions, skills, and life experiences in pursuit of clarity of the future direction for my life. Whilst stimulating and challenging it provided me with a basis to identify and focus on issues that are important to me in the development of my dreams. I found the follow up material from the workshop useful.

Talks
“Your talk was very inspiring; your point about finding our ‘own’ cause and doing something about it was very powerful.  For the first time it took some of the complexity out of ‘saving the world’ for me personally, and gave me a very constructive way of finding my own way to make a contribution.
You got me (and I am sure many others) thinking... Thank you very much.

Innervision Program
“2S Innervision has helped me understand myself and my leadership wiring more than any other profile I have ever completed. The follow up de-brief was outstanding and very applicable. The whole process was very professional and has confirmed, as well as highlighted key areas of my wiring that I need feedback on so I can exercise extraordinary leadership. I wholeheartedly recommend Innervision to you as a great tool to help you take the next step in your personal growth and professional development.”

Innervision Program
Many positive benefits have resulted in our business as a result of going through the Innervision process.  It was a great tool which ultimately strengthened the communication relationship between myself and my business partner.  It’s not often you’re given the opportunity to understand yourself and others better.  The time spent in the de-briefing process went beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend this process to any other professional executive.

Leadership Abroad Tour
“What I witnessed in India on the Leadership Abroad Tour was a significant contrast to our way of life here in Australia.  Even though there is widespread poverty, there is still an enormous amount of spiritual happiness in the people you meet.  India is known as “The Happy Country” and what I discovered was that the true meaning of happiness was measured by community, family and spiritual wellbeing and not material wealth. This is in stark contrast to our Western lifestyle.

The Leadership Abroad tour personally stirred me towards a greater focus on personal and community values versus personal material wealth.  India is a place where 80% of the population lives in poverty, yet most people live in harmony and seemed quite content with their lives.  I gained a greater understanding of the Hindu culture and Caste System and how this contributes to the cycle of poverty, yet also maintains a level of order within their society.

The diversity of the Leadership Abroad Tour Group also provided a fascinating insight into people’s attitudes, beliefs, and values.  Above all, it was the group’s openness and honesty to discuss, in some cases very personal events in their lives that made the trip very memorable.  The people I met, both on the tour group and those in India and Nepal, and the friendships I made added that extra touch in making the trip move from ordinary to extraordinary.”

Leadership Abroad Tour
“I think some people are afraid because they think it is going to be so way out there but actually its quite a normal experience.  It’s like going, in a way, half paced and just being able to absorb and take in some things and have time to think about ‘what’s going on here.’  It’s also that networking with other people that is really valuable.

I think in the business world you struggle for perfection and it all has to work and your on a time frame and you have to get t his done by then… Then you go to India and it’s not quite like that.  Then when you come back here and you haven’t achieved a deadline it doesn’t mean that it’s still not excellent at the same time because people are valuable in the process.”

Leadership Abroad Tour
“The whole concept of community actually being around a group of people for an extended period of time is quite a powerful way of imparting stuff into your life.  Just the whole area in dealing with people has been affected by the whole India experience.  It’s a great place to go with great people.”

Leadership Abroad Tour
“Where else do you get an opportunity to go to a Third World country, in a safe environment because you are actually travelling with a professional organisation but you are also travelling around with locals who know where to go, where not to go – it’s an opportunity too good to be missed. In terms of putting things into perspective as to why I do things, whether what I do is really important in the bigger picture – the trip was invaluable.

I actually would like to go again but this time take my wife because I think there are things I can learn by going again, there are certain things that would be good for my wife to see because then we can talk things through together. We’ll never be the same again.”
